Production Operator

We’re looking for a hard-working, reliable person to join our production team making ink and varnish. No experience needed — we’ll train you properly. What matters more is how you show up: on time, doing the job right, and treating your colleagues, your work, and the equipment you’re using with respect.

The role:

• Operate production equipment used in ink and varnish manufacturing
• Maintain the quality and hygiene standards our customers depend on
• Follow processes properly — not cut corners
• Work cleanly and look after the equipment you use
• Full training provided; you bring the attitude and work ethic

• Someone reliable — turns up, does the job, no drama
• Respect for people, for the work, and for the tools/equipment
• Willingness to learn and follow instruction
• No experience required

• Monday–Friday, 0600-1430 - 40 hrs per week
