The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for managing qualified sales opportunities from initial conversation through to completion. With no cold calling involved, you’ll focus your time on speaking with interested prospects and delivering high-quality sales conversations.

You’ll work within a dynamic international sales environment across sectors including technology, travel, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opportunities throughout the entire sales process
• Engage with qualified leads and understand customer requirements
• Conduct professional sales consultations and presentations
• Consistently work towards individual and team revenue goals
• Build trust with customers and improve conversion rates

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales or customer-focused roles (6-24 months preferred)
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Highly motivated by targets, commission, and achievement
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
• Open-minded and ready for an international relocation
