The Role

As our Pre-construction Coordinator, you will be the critical link between winning work and delivering it successfully. You will take incoming projects, get them properly organised in their systems, develop detailed plans and specifications, and ensure everything is clear before work starts on site.

What We Are Looking For

  • Background in construction (estimating, site management, QS, technical,  or project coordination)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proactive mindset - you spot issues before they become problems


This is not just admin - you will be setting projects up for success and directly contributing to their reputation for quality delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Operating our SimPro construction management software (full training provided)
  • Creating detailed project plans, schedules, and scopes of work
  • Developing specifications and technical documentation for dental surgery fit outs
  •  Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and our site teams to gather project requirements
  • Ensuring all projects are fully documented and organised before construction starts
  • Managing procurement schedules and supplier coordination
  • Supporting project cost tracking and variation management
  • Maintaining compliance documentation (HTM 01-05, CQC standards - training provided)


Other experience


Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience with construction management software (SimPro, Coins ect)
  • Healthcare or dental construction knowledge
  • Understanding of building regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in commercial/specialist construction

Not essential:

  • Specific SimPro experience (we will train you)
  • Dental surgery experience (we will teach you)
