Advice and Representative Centre Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager of the Advice and Representation Centre, which has been recognised as a provider of high quality advice services by Advice Quality Standard (AQS).  The post holder will be responsible for managing a front line service that provides free, independent advice to students on issues that affect them. You will lead and motivate a team of staff ensuring the service is impactful and makes a positive difference to the lives of students.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, have a proven track record in managing advice/advocacy/casework/information services, be able to take a constructive and co-operative approach to solving problems and resolving conflict and have a real interest and desire to work on behalf of our students.
