Customer Success Team Leader

At simPRO, we understand that our Customer Success (Account Management) team are absolutely vital to delivering an excellent experience to our customers and ensuring they are supported in every step of their journey.

That's why we are investing heavily in our Account Management (Customer Success) team and as a result, we looking for an ambitious Team Leader to lead our amazing Account Management team.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing coaching and guidance to the Account Managers, to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, and ensure customers are nurtured through the simPRO journey
  • Build excellent rapport and relationships with customers and assist in effectively managing accounts to ensure long-term success and customer retention
  • Supervise the team in their day-to-day duties, regularly monitoring performance, attendance, and conduct
  • Monitor performance of the overall team and assist in preparing reports to define problems and identify solutions
  • Engage with the People & Culture Business Partner on all aspects of the employment lifecycle
