About the Role:

We have exciting expansion plans and as a result, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Manager - Inside Sales to join our newly structured UK Sales Team. Reporting to the Sales Director, your primary purpose will be to drive and grow revenue by leading a team of motivated Inside Sales Representatives, Business Development Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives and fostering an environment of success.

You will:

  • Own the growth and development of a diverse and highly performing Sales Development team
  • Closely track and monitor the achievement of sales targets
  • Develop and execute a sales plan with monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to ensure the development of new mid-market business
  • Assist with creating and implementing the Sales Development Representative sales playbook, providing onboarding and training as required
  • Provide coaching to the team on delivering compelling and entertaining sales presentations to customers
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements to improve efficiency and productivity of the team
  • Identify product and technology gaps with customers and make proposals to the Product and Leadership Teams
  • Collaborate and partner with other teams to ensure a stellar customer experience and support local market fit

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be an enthusiastic, energetic and motivating leader
  • Have a proven track record of leading and mentoring a successful and consistent sales team
  • Proven people management experience including coaching and mentoring a team, conducting performance reviews and addressing people related issues
  • Have significant sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or within the trades industries
  • Be tenacious with passion and determination to achieve long-term goals
  • Possess an excellent understanding of our technical landscape
  • Be confident to thrive in a fast-changing and ever-evolving environment
