Using our own in-house billing platform, we look after hundreds of communal and district schemes for both private and social housing across the UK, providing bills for tens of thousands of customers each year. We also operate many more using our PaySmart prepayment system. About the Role As part of the Client Relations Managers Team, you'll be the key point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You'll conduct regular reviews, manage client expectations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
