You'll take the lead on both residential and commercial surveys, particularly those involving listed and historic buildings, and help guide clients through what is often one of the most important decisions of their lives.

They're looking for someone who:

• Holds MRICS accreditation with at least 5 years of industry experience
• Brings specialist knowledge of listed and historic buildings

• Communicates clearly with clients, architects, and stakeholders
• Balances a light-hearted attitude with strong professional values
• Can consistently deliver high-quality reports within 5 days of inspections
• Shares the companies commitment to educating and empowering clients
