We seek a detail-oriented and organised Account Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coding and processing purchase invoices.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Processing credit card statements.
  • Performing bank reconciliations, including multi-currency accounts.
  • Processing sales invoices.
  • Accruals and Prepayments.
  • Other Ad-hoc as necessary.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Immediate availability.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and IF statements.
  • Familiarity with Xero accounting software is preferable.
  • A minimum of 1 year of accounting experience is preferable.

Work Schedule:

  • 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
