The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, working exclusively with pre-qualified leads. This is a closing-focused position, allowing you to spend your time engaging decision-makers and converting opportunities into revenue.

You will sell across sectors including travel, technology, and professional services, gaining exposure to a diverse and commercially dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close
  • Work exclusively with pre-qualified decision-makers (no cold calling)
  • Deliver high-quality, consultative sales conversations
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

Requirements

  • 6–24 months’ experience in sales or a customer-facing role
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with decision-makers
  • Target-driven with strong earning motivation
  • Resilient, coachable, and performance-focused
  • Open to international relocation
