Air Conditioning Engineer – Help Lead & Grow Keenan Cooling
£250–£300 per day | Own van required
North London, Hertfordshire & surrounding areas
We’re looking for an experienced air conditioning engineer to take a leading role in building Keenan Cooling, our new air conditioning division, alongside our established solar and battery business.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can take ownership of jobs, work independently and help develop the air conditioning side with the owner. As the division grows, there will be room for greater responsibility and progression within the company.
The role
- Carry out customer surveys and recommend suitable systems.
- Price installations and prepare clear material requirements.
- Install, commission, service and maintain air conditioning systems.
- Manage your own schedule and organise jobs from survey through to completion.
- Communicate professionally with customers and the wider team.
- Help build the standards and processes for a growing division.
What we’re looking for
- An experienced, F-Gas qualified air conditioning engineer.
- Confidence surveying, sizing systems and pricing work.
- High standards of installation and customer service.
- Someone reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility.
- Your own van, tools and a full driving licence.
- Based within travelling distance of North London.
