Senior Administrator

Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their existing team based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset.

 Salary & Working Hours:

• Hours to be discussed
• PAYE with a starting salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum pro rata

Responsibilities:

• HR process control including monitoring recruitment, onboarding, absence, disciplinary and payroll processes (No HR knowledge needed, full training given)
• Maintaining HR records and systems
• Ensuring company policies are followed
• Supporting managers with HR
• General office admin

 Requirements:

• Confident in dealing with issues
• Self managing
• Organisational abilities
• Able to work from our Shepton Mallet depot
• Office based
• Proactive
