We are a firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors based in W2. A core part of our ongoing success is due to the Administration team's work to support both the sales and service functions within the business. Within the team a role of an Office Administrator has become vacant and is vital to the continued success of the practice.
About the Office Administrators Role:
- To manage workflow and ensure all work is appropriately delegated and managed.
- To review sales ledger balances and manage any outstanding debtor lists for the company.
- To maintain our client database with relevant contact information.
- To carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the Line Manager to ensure the effective performance of the company.
- Management and review of staff timesheets
- Requesting records from clients and handling of both incoming records and mail
- Maintain excellent levels of communication throughout the team and the wider business.
About the Successful Administrators Candidate
Essential:
- The ability to work quickly but accurately.
- Accounting / Office working background.
- The ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, well organised individual.
- Proactive nature to determine when other tasks need to be carried out and take ownership of them.
- The ability to problem solve through their own investigation and with input from others.
- Professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident dealing with clients and staff by phone and email.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- IT literate/ willing to learn to operate new software.
