About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing European consulting firm specializing in data, media, and marketing technology. With several hundred consultants across continental Europe, the firm partners with major brands to accelerate digital performance through data-driven marketing, analytics, and technology transformation.

As part of its international expansion, the company is now launching operations in the UK and is seeking its first senior commercial hire to establish and grow its presence in the market.

The Role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic VP Sales (UK) to lead business development and drive the firm’s entry into the UK market. This is a pivotal, high-impact position for an individual excited by the challenge of building a business from the ground up.

You will be responsible for developing the UK go-to-market plan, identifying and winning new clients, and representing the firm’s capabilities in data strategy, marketing technology, and advanced analytics consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK commercial strategy to drive new business growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior marketing, data, and technology leaders.
  • Identify and close opportunities in the data, martech, and adtech space.
  • Work closely with international teams to scope and deliver client engagements.
  • Represent the firm at key industry events and thought leadership forums.

 Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in business development or sales leadership within consulting, digital transformation, or marketing technology.
  • Deep understanding of data, martech, and adtech ecosystems, including analytics, measurement, and media activation.
  • Experience selling consulting or professional services to enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) or similar tools is a strong plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and comfortable operating as the first hire in a new market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
