Our client is an established provider of gas, electrical, commercial and home services throughout London and South of England. They pride themselves on providing exceptional service levels and they are seeking a Planner to work within their Gas Service department.

Your main responsibility will be to  the planning of our field-based engineers within your allocated geographical/contracted area to meet the service level agreements (SLA's) of the company's clients in the Council and Social Housing sectors as well as being the main point of contact for the engineers, field supervisors and field managers.

General responsibilities include:

  • Handling calls from engineers and making outbound calls to schedule appointments for outstanding and follow up works, as well as annual gas service checks.
  • Managing the Action Lists to ensure works are completed appropriately in line with SLA requirements.
  • Taking ownership of the engineers (within your patch) daily workload.
  • Monitoring the Company's in-house systems for 'no outstanding works'.
  • Monitoring engineers to ensure they are 'ready for work'.
  • Managing and dispatching any unallocated works.
  • Taking responsibility for managing and monitoring any changes to works scheduled in the event of team absence.
  • Providing administrative support to the team/department where required

  • £27,271.40 per annum (increasing after probation)  
  • Full Time - Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week (8am to 5:30pm)
