The Role

We are looking for ambitious and talented Software Engineers to join our elite team. You'll be working on cutting-edge trading systems, solving complex technical challenges, and playing a key role in the ongoing evolution of our platform. From designing scalable architecture to implementing high-performance code, your contributions will have a direct and visible impact.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduates from top UK universities (Oxbridge, Russell Group, etc.)
• Exceptional academic track record (First-Class or strong 2:1 degree preferred)
• Outstanding A-Level results (typically A*/A grades)
• Strong programming skills (e.g., C++, Java, Python, or similar)
• Logical problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology
• Interest in finance, trading, or financial markets (beneficial but not essential)
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
